The final rate will be based on whichever is larger by weight or dimension. Delivery is made within 8am to 11pm and/or following the available delivery provider route.

Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.

- Once the order is received, it will be processed and dispatch within 1-2 working days to the appointed delivery service provider.
- Please allow another 2 to 3 working days for the parcels to reach you.

Our delivery services are not available to P.O Box areas and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
Delivery to restricted area eg Sentosa will subject to extra $25 surcharge.
